After 18 years of running a CPA practice, we experienced, intimately, the struggle owners, managers, and employees had with trying to “work together” to become the best they could be.

We focus on a few simple root causes of relationship breakdowns and offer simple solutions to build individuals back into a team designed to last, regardless of economic, financial, strategy, or technology. Being unconditionally in pursuit of a vision is not naïve. It takes an act of humility to take the risk to manifest the vision.
